As a licensed builder with the National Home Warranty Program I understand the importance and the benefits the 2-5-10 Home Warranty program offers. The assurances that accompany the home owner with the understanding there is a governing body and accountability on behalf of the builder. Most builders today whether you are licensed builder or an owner builder utilizing the tools offered the Home Protection Office  build qualtiy homes. The building codes, inspection process ,standards of construction required in this environment usually insure the home is well built .As with everything in real estate the buyer should take the time to do the required due diligence on both the builder and new home. Note(Even if you are buying a new home with warranty especially detached you should still have an independent  home inspection completed.) However with the National Home Warrant Program ,buyers and sellers are offered the extra amount  personal comfort  and piece of mind.

 My clients are offered the advantage of  having an agent who understands the construction process along with details and requirements involved .I have  the ability to fully comprehend the construction process, inspection procedures ,paperwork , plans surveys and know what to look for in newly constructed homes. I ask  the right questions, I also provide my clients with the required detailed information about the home constuction process.

At this point I personally do not take on third party construction contracts. Although  I have the skills and the experience, my focus is on sales. I will still provide consultation and guidance . I also work very closely with a number of industry professionals. ie-designers, contractors, engineers and suppliers.
